At Stanley Cup Deals, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read through our return and exchange policy below for more details.
1. Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- The item must be purchased directly from Stanley Cup Deals.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or customized items.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Gift cards.
How to Request a Return:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and the items you wish to return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.
2. Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, we are happy to accommodate exchanges within the 14-day return window.
How to Request an Exchange:

- Include your order number and the items you want to exchange.
- We will assist in arranging the exchange, subject to product availability.
Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Any price difference between the original product and the exchange will either be charged or refunded as necessary.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@stanleycupdeals.com. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
To expedite the process, please provide:
- Photos of the damaged item or defect.
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can follow the standard return procedure.
